A Seminar about Effective Leadership was held by the PRBI last October 14, 2017. The seminar was attended by a selected few amongst the employees. Those selected were prospect leaders and officers for the bank along with the ExCom and current managers and officers of the bank. The seminar was held at PRBI Lipa branch. The speakers of the seminar were Mr. Don V. Sumadchat and Ms. Olimpia N. Cruz. The attendees of this seminar went home with a lot of new knowledge about how to be an effective leader and how to act like one. The seminar ended by afternoon.
